Ask about this course

A half-day introduction in a pool or a calm, shallow bay. You’ll learn how your breath actually works, hold it longer than you thought you could, and make your first relaxed dives to around 5 m. No experience needed — most guests arrive never having tried.

How the course flows

  1. Meet

Meet at the site, paperwork, and a relaxed briefing over tea.

  2. Breathe

Breathing basics on land — how your body uses oxygen, and why relaxation beats effort.

  3. Dive

Two hours in confined water: guided breath-holds, duck dives and your first depth, one-on-one with your instructor.

  4. Debrief

Photos, questions, and how to continue to AIDA2 if the ocean got you.

Common questions

I’m not a good swimmer — can I join?

Yes. Everything happens under direct instructor supervision with flotation at hand. Being comfortable putting your face in the water is enough to start.

I wear glasses or contacts.

Soft contacts work fine under a mask. Tell us when booking and we’ll also prepare a prescription mask if needed.

Do I get a certification?

This is an experience, not a certification course — but if you continue to AIDA2 with us, the experience fee is deducted from your course price.
